It was back in the early 1990s that I first became aware of a document entitled ‘Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars’. It appears to be a training manual for new recruits to the global conspiracy to explain how to direct economics and public perception to the point where the population become life-long slaves to the few.
I am writing a new book at the moment and getting a new presentation together for Wembley and in the course of this I came across ‘Silent Weapons’ again. It was sobering to see how all these years later the strategy that the document details can be seen so clearly in world events and daily life.
Silent Weapons was dated May, 1979, and was apparently found in July, 1986 in an IBM copier purchased at a surplus sale by an employee of Boeing. It appears to be one of a series of such manuals explaining how the few control the many. I can’t say for sure if it is genuine, but (a) it lays out the strategy in considerable detail and (b) what it describes is blatantly happening by the hour.
It defines silent weapons as social automation – the control of perception while the targets believe they are thinking freely and making their own choices. They ain’t. The use of these weapons means that ‘a state of domestic warfare exists between said person or group of persons and the public’, the documents says.
The manual describes the nature and consequence of these silent weapons of perception control:
* Everything that is expected from an ordinary weapon is expected from a silent weapon by its creators, but only in its own manner of functioning.
* It shoots situations, instead of bullets; propelled by data processing, instead of chemical reaction (explosion); originating from bits of data, instead of grains of gunpowder; from a computer, instead of a gun; operated by a computer programmer, instead of a marksman; under the orders of a banking magnate, instead of a military general.
* It makes no obvious explosive noises, causes no obvious physical or mental injuries, and does not obviously interfere with anyone's daily social life.
* Yet it makes an unmistakable ‘noise’, causes unmistakable physical and mental damage, and unmistakably interferes with the daily social life, i.e., unmistakable to a trained observer, one who knows what to look for.
* The public cannot comprehend this weapon, and therefore cannot believe that they are being attacked and subdued by a weapon.
* The public might instinctively feel that something is wrong, but that is because of the technical nature of the silent weapon, they cannot express their feeling in a rational way, or handle the problem with intelligence. Therefore, they do not know how to cry for help, and do not know how to associate with others to defend themselves against it.
* When a silent weapon is applied gradually, the public adjusts/adapts to its presence and learns to tolerate its encroachment on their lives until the pressure (psychological via economic) becomes too great and they crack up.
* Therefore, the silent weapon is a type of biological warfare. It attacks the vitality, options, and mobility of the individuals of a society by knowing, understanding, manipulating, and attacking their sources of natural and social energy, and their physical, mental, and emotional strengths and weaknesses.
This is precisely the way that the global population is being manipulated en masse (not least through manufactured economic pressure and chaos) to consent to their own enslavement.
Ahh, but there’s no conspiracy. No, no. This is all a coincidence. Go back to sleep, there’s nothing to see here. We're politicians, law enforcement and journalists. Trust us. People like that Icke bloke are just paranoid nutters.

An undercover journalist going by the pseudonym ‘Lee Hazledean’ has blown the whistle on astounding revelations about how he infiltrated the G4S – the company responsible for security at the London Olympics – and discovered shocking plans for the evacuation of London, 200,000 ‘casket linings’ being on standby, along with botched security procedures that leave the Games wide open to attack.
Hazledean’s interview with Tony Gosling, Bilderberg.org editor and host of BCFM’s Friday Drivetime, has gone viral on the web over the last few days. Hazledean is an undercover journalist for a television program in London and has worked with news agencies on hard-hitting subjects, but when he approached the mainstream media with his bombshell story, they showed no interest.
When Hazledean asked Channel 4 News Home Affairs Correspondent Andy Davies if he would run the story, Davies said he wasn’t interested and days later Channel 4 ran a puff piece about G4S which portrayed the organization as competent and trustworthy.
“I sent him an email, I called, he wasn’t interested and he said there’s a media blackout on this kind of story, that nobody would be interested in running it,” said Hazledean.
In the interview, Hazledean divulges how he merely had to fill in an application form to get a job with G4S, the private company providing security for the Olympics, that he underwent no background check whatsoever, and that his personal references were not checked.
Employees are given just two days of training to run airport-style security checkpoints which include body scanners, which Hazledean said “would be turned off completely” at peak times, meaning terrorists could just walk straight into the event with ammunition or explosives and have an excellent chance of remaining undetected.
“In fact, I was asked to be a would-be terrorist on the final training day and I was given a knife, a gun and an IED, and on all three occasions throughout the day I got through the metal detector and I also got through the x-ray machine scanner,” said Hazledean, adding that terrorists could quite easily stage a “massacre” given the lax nature of the security.
“They’re not training them properly…it’s quite open to a terrorist attack very easily and I don’t say that lightly,” said Hazledean, adding that he witnessed G4S members doing drug deals while training classes were taking place, while others were taking surveillance photos on their cellphones of supposedly secure areas. Hazledean said a lot of the security staff were poorly qualified and that many of them could barely speak English.
Hazledean also revealed how the large contingent of soldiers being brought into London for the Olympic Games included “a lot of UN troops being posted in and around London,” including American and German troops.
The whistleblower also revealed how unauthorized personnel were being handed G4S uniforms and that uniforms had been stolen.

Hazledean’s most chilling revelation was how he learned about preparations to evacuate London and how, “The security guards used for the Olympics will be at the forefront of getting the public out of London.”
“They seem quite serious about it, they’ve spent a lot of time on this,” said Hazledean, noting how G4S spent two hours talking about the evacuation of London in comparison to just half an hour talking about security screening procedures for the Olympics itself.
The whistleblower also noted how the 100,000 plus troops that would be stationed in London during the Olympics would be enough to carry out such a large scale evacuation.
Another chilling facet Hazledean learned was that 200,000 casket linings (temporary coffins) were being shipped in to London that can hold four bodies each. The whistleblower expressed his amazement at why security guards working on mundane screening procedures would need to be told such information.
The whistleblower also revealed how he was told Predator drones would be circling London in readiness for terrorist attacks, and that G4S employees were shown a video of a drone killing a group of people in Afghanistan.
Hazledean noted how G4S leaders saw the public as “the scum of the earth” and also told their employees that the police had no authority over them. He also related how one of the leaders told him that an event after the Olympics would be a “defining moment” for London but when pressed, refused to divulge what she meant.
Hazledean is not the first to blow the whistle on G4S. Earlier this month, data input clerk Sarah Hubble revealed that she was fired by G4S after complaining that G4S was cutting corners in their security preparations for the Olympics and that she herself had not been vetted.
Speaking with Infowars, Hazledean said that he had been making contingency plans for if his life was put in danger or if he became a target for the authorities in any other way after blowing the whistle on the scandal.
Asked about a meme circulating the web that conspiracy theories about a false flag attack occurring at the London Olympics are being deliberately allowed to proliferate in order to make ‘truthers’ look paranoid after nothing happens, Hazledean stressed that merely getting the story out was necessary as it could derail any planned attack.
"A friend forwarded me an email this week and asked what I thought of the contents. I shook my head as I scanned the page because I had seen it all before many times.
It was summarising, and providing links to, the claims of a 'whistleblower' who calls himself 'Drake', which is a form of duck. There was also a game in Olde England called 'ducks and drakes' dating from the 16th century in which flat stones were thrown across the water in a way that made them bounce before sinking. It is known today as 'skimming'. Or is it 'scamming'?
The term 'playing ducks and drakes' became a metaphor to describe behaviour that was irresponsible, reckless, and involved 'squandering wealth or throwing away something of value'. There are other common phrases inspired by ducks, including sitting duck and lame duck. I also see that the word 'duck' derives from the Old English dūce , or 'diver', a derivative of the verb dūcan, which means 'to duck, bend down low as if to get under something, or dive.'
Put the two together and you get the phrase to 'duck and dive'. It all seems rather appropriate to me when I read the claims and assertions of 'Drake' and his predominant promoter, David Wilcock, along with those of Benjamin Fulford. Wilcock and Fulford operate in the field of conspiracy research with Wilcock in America and Fulford in Japan.
I am not suggesting that either of them, or even the anonymous Drake, know that what they are promoting is all a scam, but a scam it is from where I am looking. They may know, but I am not saying that they do because I have no idea. My feeling, however, is that, amazingly, at least Wilcock and Fulford don't know. If 'Drake' doesn't know that what he and the other two say is nonsensical then he is not in control of his own mind so ridiculous are his statements - and theirs ...
... Fulford says that something called the 'Gnostic Illuminati' and the 'White Dragon Society' are going to arrest the leaders of the Global Cabal and release funds to end world poverty. They have given the Cabal a deadline (actually deadline after deadline after deadline) to give themselves up or else. But they never do and there is never any 'or else'. Fulford wrote in February, 2012:

I do believe it would.

This graph we found on Facebook shows the members' connections to a ton of corporations, charities, policy groups and media. Everyone from Eric Schmidt to George Soros is a member. There are tons of conspiracy theories about the group, including that they control the world economy.
We took the findings with a grain of salt--after all, it's easy to trace an individual to a corporation

A 2010 Rockefeller Foundation document entitled “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” outlines a scenario which results in the death of 13,000 during the 2012 Olympics.
The first worrying prediction begins in 2012 when ‘the pandemic the world had been anticipating for years’, finally hits, infecting nearly 20 percent of world population and claiming 8 million lives. Due to this pandemic, the Rockefeller Foundation outlines how the public will welcome a more authoritative government and a tighter control across all aspects of life, including Biometric IDs for all citizens.
The 2012 London Olympics Bombing
In the document, the Rockefeller Foundation ‘predicts’ that the decade of 2010-2020 will be named “The Doom Decade”, because of a wave of terrorist attacks, natural disasters as well as civil uprisings and financial collapses.
The years 2010 to 2020 were dubbed the “doom decade” for good reason: the 2012 Olympic bombing, which killed 13,000, was followed closely by an earthquake in Indonesia killing 40,000, a tsunami that almost wiped out Nicaragua, and the onset of the West China Famine, caused by a once-in-a-millennium drought linked to climate change.
Mirroring events in real life, the document also predicts that by 2015 a large share of the US’ armed forces are recalled from countries such as Afghanistan to be stationed domestically, apparently posse comitatus no longer being a concern.
In 2015, the U.S. reallocated a large share of its defense spending to domestic concerns, pulling out of Afghanistan—where the resurgent Taliban seized power once again.
As is happening right now, the document outlines how nations will lose power over their own finances due to massive debt, apparently handing over financial sovereignty to the banking technocrats.
But the document doesn’t just cover these topics. The growing mistrust in vaccines is covered in the Rockefeller document, where they state that due to corruption within national and global bodies such as WHO, “bogus” vaccines will result in mass deaths. According to the paper, the resulting mistrust in vaccines results in a large number of parents who avoid vaccination, which causes infant and child mortality to rise to levels not seen since the 1970s.
In the context of weak health systems, corruption, and inattention to standards—either within countries or from global bodies like the World Health Organization—tainted vaccines entered the public health systems of several African countries. In 2021, 600 children in Cote d’Ivoire died from a bogus Hepatitis B vaccine, which paled in comparison to the scandal sparked by mass deaths from a tainted anti-malarial drug years later. The deaths and resulting scandals sharply affected public confidence in vaccine delivery; parents not just in Africa but elsewhere began to avoid vaccinating their children, and it wasn’t long before infant and child mortality rates rose to levels not seen since the 1970s.

The report also outlines several Environmental scenarios stemming from Climate Change which include a new worldwide economic system based on Green Infrastructure by 2018.
The Foundation describes how the resulting collapse of society requires an exodus out of rural areas and into urban environments for survivability, a bizarre take on reality where those living in urban environments are far more restricted in being self sufficient than those in rural areas who have the ability to more easily grow their own food.
Another mirror to Agenda 21 is the documents prediction that only the very rich will have the ability to travel, as prices skyrocket and the restrictions in the name of security reach such high levels that the poor simply cannot travel from their communities.
Conclusion
As with other such documents such as those released by RAND and the MoD in the UK, these predictive papers are a window into the think-tanks who help shape world events. Where the documents are always portrayed as simple predictions, it is important to realize that many such papers have been eerily accurate in the past and thus must be considered when such events unfold in the near future.

Although there is much we cannot discuss in order not to endanger ongoing negotiations, the talks are focusing on how to smoothly carry out a transition away from fossil fuels and nuclear energy and how to arrange a harmonious rapport between East, West, North and South.
It is not clear, however, if the families that own the US Federal Reserve Board are acting too late and offering too little to prevent a revolution against their secret government. It is also worth mentioning that the Bilderberger meeting that just ended has turned into a media distraction to draw attention away from the real secret meetings that are taking place, like the one planned for June 21st.

As far as the Euro is concerned, people need to understand they are dealing with extremely sophisticated and intelligent secret groups who plan events decades or even centuries in advance. It is looking increasingly likely that designing the European Parliament building to look like the tower of Babel was deliberate.
In other words, the blueprint for a unified currency was designed to fail right from the start because, if you recall, humanity split off into many separate factions after the collapse of the tower of Babel. The countries like Greece, Spain, Italy and Ireland that are having their real assets seized by bankers need to note this.
In the US, meanwhile, a critical intellectual mass has been reached and events like the arrest of the Ron Paul majority representatives at the Louisiana Republican convention are becoming impossible to cover up.

This brings us to the ongoing negotiations in Asia. One of the stumbling blocks to a resolution is the fact that the Federal Reserve Board issued thousands of trillions or even quadrillions of dollars to Asian gold owners in exchange for use of their gold. The Asian owners think they have umpteen trillions when in fact world GDP is only about $75 trillion.
Up until now, the Fed’s response to attempts to cash legitimate, but impossibly large denomination bonds, has been to kill the people trying to cash them. The most radical example of them doing such a thing was the 911 terror attacks designed to stave off the return of gold shipped from China in 1938.
The Feds are also saying they actually did not get delivery of a lot of the gold they gave bonds for so they are not obliged to pay back all the gold the Asians say they owe. They also say that it is physically impossible for them to pay everything they owe. In other words, they are declaring force majeure and bankruptcy but refuse to leave the premises.

This would break the deadlock at the top of the financial system and free unlimited funds for spending on mutually agreed upon projects.

The White Dragon Society has also told the US government they need to set up a new currency to replace the US dollar and devalue it relative to the internationally traded US dollar. The only other way to make the real US economy competitive again is to wait for US living standards to fall the Chinese and Indian levels.
In Japan meanwhile, the Japanese stock market is plunging because all the carpet baggers and “hedge funds” who illegally took ownership of a large percentage of Japan’s listed companies are dumping their shares and fleeing the market before they get confiscated by the new government. Orlando police say the equipment, worth about $500,000, is contaminated with a substance that could eat away at human skin.
A pickup hauling a trailer pulled up to Florida Hospital Center for Diagnostic Pathology, 2855 N. Orange Ave., on May 3 and took the equipment from an enclosed area near a large garbage bin, police said. The theft was not reported until Friday, said St. Vince Ogburn, a police spokesman.
